Phase One: Charter School Plan and Application
● Conduct thorough research on charter school requirements and guidelines, working closely with your State’s Department of Education and other relevant stakeholders.
● Create a comprehensive charter school plan that outlines goals, objectives, curriculum, instructional methods, staffing, resources, budget, facilities, and marketing strategies.

● Prepare a detailed charter application that addresses all the necessary requirements and guidelines established by your State.
● Submit the charter application to your State for review and evaluation.

Phase Three: Charter School Launch and Operations
